DELTA: SEATTLE WINDOW SEAT SHOP

REDEFINING RETAIL EXPERIENCE THROUGH A PREMIUM POP-UP

RETAIL POP-UP | BRAND ACTIVATION | ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN

Renowned for their award-winning SkyMiles loyalty program, Delta Airlines is in the continual pursuit to provide their members with unique experiences that build brand affinity while to enriching their travel and beyond.

We partnered with our friends at Wieden+Kennedy to create this year’s Window Seat Shop at the Seattle-Tacoma Airport (also check out last year’s shop we created at JFK). This wholly unique, pop-up retail experience was designed to pack a punch in a small footprint, bridging the digital and physical shopping worlds, and garnering thousands of impressions in-person and online.

*Despite a small footprint, the shop had an ethereal glow that emanated from color-change, integrated lighting across the space.*

*Translucent “window shades” on each display could be lifted and lowered, providing product information and a QR code for more information.*

*Airplane window-shaped product displays accommodated merchandise sourced from around the world with intricately printed and back-lit cloud backdrops.*

*Unique products from global destinations where Delta flies were heroed in each cubby with simply merchandising and signage.*

*The glowing service desk included both a POS and a laser engraving station for personalized luggage tags made from recycled 747s*

*Back-lit photo moments shaped like airplane windows were incorporated on both sides of the space for shareable moments.*
